In January 1996, Prof. Eduardo A. Morató broached the idea of writing a book on Asian entrepreneurship to Dean Jesus G. Gallegos.  “That’s a great idea, Ed,” said Dean Gallegos.  “Why don’t you make a proposal and present it to the faculty conference. The faculty conference is just a week away.” Over the weekend, Professor Morató prepared the proposal. But instead of a book on Asian entrepreneurship, he crafted a proposal that would address the needs of entrepreneurs. He asked Prof. Quintin G. Tan for valuable inputs days before the faculty conference. What is the Globalist Manifesto?

The Globalist Manifesto is printed in basically four websites today: the original is the "global", then later it was published in "founders", "personal" and "party", all in www.geocities.com. These four often land in the top ten in both Yahoo and Alta Vista search engines. But do you know that The Globalist Manifesto was actually hatched in Asian Institute of Management (AIM) in the Philippines? One fine morning sometime 2003 in the Master in Development Management case room, one student secretly posted a one - page essay entitled "The Globalist Manifesto" in its class bulletin board.
